When you contact RAYCUS Computer Services for information or service, we will ask for details concerning your request. This is required for us to understand your needs and attempt to determine your problem. This will also allow us to bring the necessary equipment to your location.

You will be charged an on-site evaluation fee of $ 45.00 (Travel fee may apply). If your problem can be resolved in one hour, no additional fees will apply. If additional time, hardware, or a replacement part is necessary, pricing and options will be provided. On-site staff will be happy to verify and explain any work being performed.

Classroom or one-on-one training for most software and hardware systems.

 

Computer Repair
Repair or replace system hardware/software as needed.

 

Computer Upgrade
Evaluation, installation and trouble shoot any hardware/software configuration. Upgrade current systems hardware based on needs.
